The National Partnership has a mission-driven, talented staff of about 45 individuals who are committed to women’s equality and to improving the lives of women and families in this country. We are policy wonks, communications and digital experts, development gurus, advocates and administrative and IT specialists. We are located in downtown D.C., close to the Dupont Circle metro station on the Red line and with easy access to Capitol Hill and federal departments and agencies.
